Business Etiquette (OnLine with ZOOM)

It takes just a quick glance, maybe three seconds, for someone to evaluate you when you meet for the first time. In this short time, the other person forms an opinion about you based on your appearance, your body language, your demeanor, your mannerisms, and how you are dressed. This course will help you build your confidence and have you immediately taking steps to up your etiquette game. Attend and learn not only about dressing for success, but also business correspondence etiquette and proper introductions. We will also be addressing several other etiquette areas including: business correspondence, telephone and business meetings. Crystal will shatter the stereotype that etiquette is outdated and boring with her comical and light-hearted approach. This course is part of the Education 2020 Subscription Program.
