Leasing in Today’s World

During this fun, fast- paced session, leasing professionals will see how we can use technology, social media, and other online tools, some of which are completely free, to step up the leasing game and communication with prospects and current residents. Some of the topics we will discuss include:

Following up with prospects to close the lease
Communicating with residents
Electronic Payments, Online Service requests, and other online tools
Snapchat filters, Instagram & Facebook contests engaging residents
Legalities of using technology

About our Instructor:

Ann Kesmodel has been a property management professional for over 20 years. She is a Leadership Development Trainer for various organizations and an instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association (NAAEI). Her experience covers all types of multifamily housing including market rate, tax credit, Section 503c, student and senior housing. She began her career as a leasing consultant at a 770 unit property and has held various positions including Property Manager, Regional Manager and Training Director Ann also received her CPM designation in 2008.
