Community Manager position at luxury, top-of-market new construction lease-up in Downtown Fort Wayne.  This exciting community includes 228 multifamily units with commercial space.  Barrett & Stokely has been providing exceptional apartment homes for every need for over 45 years.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Community Manager. This is a full-time position with opportunity for training and career growth.

As a Community Manager, you will head up the marketing and leasing of the community and lead your team.  You are in-command, responsible for all phases of the community’s operations.  Every day is an opportunity for you to be an innovative thinker, strategic planner and an excellent coach rallying your team to achieve its highest potential in order to accomplish the community's financial, operating and resident services goals.  The ideal candidate will be motivated by teamwork as well as personal responsibility, with aptitude for customer service.

Base salary of $55,000+, based upon experience. Potential for leasing commission and lease-up occupancy bonus of up to 50% of annual salary in Year 1. Following property stabilization, eligibility for leasing and renewal commissions and a quarterly property performance bonus.
