Job Description:

Summer Groundskeeper

SEASONAL, Day Shift, Groundskeeper at Willow Creek Crossing Apartments. 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. five days per week, rotating weekends.

Duties include swimming pool maintenance, clearing the property of trash and debris, minor landscaping, painting outdoor fixtures, delivering resident newsletters, etc.

Must be able to: withstand seasonal temperatures; work with vegetation; drive Gator Lawn Tractor; lift heavy objects; safely operate gas powered equipment; use large and small garden tools, hand tools and ladders.

Requirements:

Required: Criminal Background Check, Drug Test, Valid Driver's License, Reliable Personal Vehicle. Direct Payroll Deposit.
