Our office is open Monday-Saturday and candidates must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month.

We are seeking candidates with good written and oral communications, and who have a positive attitude. This candidate will have experience in the following categories:

Job Responsibilities

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and conducting all aspects of the move in process and paperwork. In addition, Leasing Specialist see to the needs of current residents including placing work orders for service, renewal of lease contracts, as well as being active in resident related activities.

Skill sets desired for this position are as follows:

Computer Programs-Word and Excel
Social Websites-Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Knowledge of Property Management Software-Yardi, Blue Moon, CRM, and Rent Café
Auditing and Organizational skills
Phone and Presentation skills
Administrative and Sales skills

Requirements:

Training/Education

Our company provides on-site as well as on-line training for all employee’s. We also encourage our team members to attend off-site education opportunities as provided by the Apartment Association of Fort Wayne-NEI.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required
Must be able to pass drug and criminal screening
