Earning your CAM allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners’ investment goals. Students can complete all the course work required in just 6 days out of the office (February 19, 20, 21 and March 26, 27, 28). The Exam Date will be determined by the students and scheduled after the coursework is complete.
