AAFW-NEI Tailgate Tradeshow
The Events Committee is excited to announce our next event for the AAFW-NEI. It’s a traditional tradeshow with a twist! Get ready for the tailgating event of the year. We have booked JAMM Food Truck for June 14th in the Fort Wayne Housing Authority Parking Lot! Each Apartment Community, Management Company and Independent Owner member will receive two complimentary tickets to attend, but don’t worry, you can buy more for your entire staff to come!
Associate Member Exhibitors will tailgate out of their trucks, SUVs or even just a table! Get ready for a great networking event with your fellow AAFW-NEI members! Of course we will have prizes for attendees! Attend and have multiple chances to win gas. We will give away up-to $500 in multiple gas cards to attendees at the tradeshow.
All members will soon be seeing emails coming to your inbox asking you to register!
Please register by Friday, June 10th so we can ensure that there is enough food and refreshments for everyone!

- Receive an extra entry for the Gas Card Drawings for Early Registration by May 27th
- Reeive an extra entry for the Gas Card Drawings for Paying for Additional Lunches by June 8th
- Receive an entry for the Gas Card Drawings for completing the Passport Check-In on June 14th
- Up-to $500 in Gas Cards will be given away to attendees at the 2022 Tailgate Tradeshow. We will give away $100 in Gas Cards for each 20 registered attendees, maximum of $500

- June 14, 2022 - Set Up at 10 am – Ends at 2 pm (event starts at 11 am)
- $159 per Company which includes one exhibitor, then just $29/additional representative
- Your exibitor fees provide each Apartment Community and Independent Owner with two FREE lunches (additional lunches available for $15
- Promoted as an exhibitor in the June OnSite & Promoted as an exhibitor on the AAFW-NEI Facebook page a minimum of 4 times in June
- Only Associate Members who exhibit will have access to the Tailgate Tradeshow and the AAFW-NEI Members that attend!
- EXTRA BONUS: Book a Tradeshow Space by May 13th and receive a 50% discount on hole sponsorship at the August 11th Golf Outing (maximum of 18 discounts available)
